Spring Roll Noodle Bowl at V Revolution — lizzib's Review (Feb 18, 2023)

The spring rolls are everything I dream they should be. They are flavorful and not super mushy inside. The rice noodles are supple and contrast nicely with the crisp carrot and pickled veg. The chili lime vinaigrette is hot and reminiscent of the Vietnamese eggroll sauce I used to get before going vegan. Delicious.
