Greek Orzo Pasta Bake by Strong Roots — schandra's Review (Feb 18, 2023)

This orzo bake was ok - the orzo, zucchini and olives cooked well but the other vegetables didn’t really go with this. Also it tasted somewhat bitter and bland - strong bitter taste of parsley. If they tweaked the recipe, it would be better. I had to add black pepper but do appreciate the lower sodium content. #strongroots #bcorp #lowsodium #nongmo
