We used this better than bouillon to make this very delicious #vegan #mushroom #soup: https://shortgirltallorder.com/vegan-mushroom-wild-rice-soup (we skipped the #rice and added #frozen #sweetpeas and some cornstarch/flour to thicken it up, but it didn’t really thicken. We probably should’ve kept the rice 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ but it was still very #yummy either way) The mushrooms gave it a nice texture 😋

I love better than bouillon. It’s cheaper than buying veggie broth/stock and way less bulky. It also tastes amazing in anything that calls for broth or stock. Just one teaspoon of this stuff in 8 oz in boiling water. 😎

It’s a 35/100 on the Yuka 🥕 app (just too salty)
