I have decided to switch from soy milk to oat because oats are easier to grow in the UK so better for our farmers & it doesn’t seem to curdle in hot water like soy often does… however, I don’t want it to be too creamy when I want a cup of tea, so I bought this 100% oat unsweetened carton.
