Review of Cheese Kotu at Mirisata by pdxveg

This stir-fry was made with a choice of diced roti (my pick) or rice noodles (gluten-free), luscious melty cashew cheese by Pizza Creature, JUST egg, chilies, leeks, green cabbage, napa cabbage, carrots, and scallions, plus banana peppers, red onion, tomatoes. I had the mild version of this, but even with the heat turned down, it was very flavorful and hearty, a wonderful comfort food dish for a chilly day.
