I get these cookies every couple of weeks. I’ve given them to lots of non vegans, they can’t tell that their vegan. It’s fun watching them discover that a vegan cookie need not lack anything except the cruelty.

I have done similar things as you mentioned; giving vegan baked goods to non-vegans and then tell them after they have eaten it that it is vegan. It gives me some sense of satisfaction to do this after they have stated how good the baked item is. It seems if you tell someone an item is vegan before they try it, they have some preconceived notion that it won’t have the same flavor, which is false.
