Split Pea Hummus & Roasted Cauliflower at Mono — Kate Louise Powell's Review (Feb 15, 2023)

One of the tastiest starters I’ve had in a long time. I haven’t seen this combo on a menu before which is always appealing, and the black cardamom spiced butter & pickled raisins made it so unique and flavourful. Also the portion was really generous, doesn’t look particularly big in this photo but it was way more generous than expected!
