Caked Coffee is an independently run small vegan coffee / bakery shop located in midtown Toronto. An Indian couple runs the place with the intent of doing good for the community.
One of their wonderful vegan creations is Cake Jars. I think there were 3 or 4 flavours; I bought 2 jars, different flavours. The second I’m reviewing is Strawberry Cake. It tastes just like the infamous popular cake - a delicious and fresh layered blend of cake and strawberry filling (with bits of chopped strawberries).
It’s a simple concept with a beautiful presentation.
As a bonus, when I return the jar (not ‘if’ I return the jar), I’ll receive $1.50 (?) off my next cake jar. This is a good incentive for me to return. 😊 There’s so much more I’d like to try there. Please support this friendly couple and their business.
