Made some strawberry chocolate cookies for Valentine’s Day. I crushed/chopped up the strawberries into smaller pieces and mixed in with the chocolate chips. I didn’t use a recipe and kind of winged it so I may change up some ratios if I make these again in the future but they still came out pretty tasty.
Freeze dried fruits are nice for baking projects as they can infuse the concentrated flavor without the added moisture. These freeze dried strawberries tasted great and are reasonably priced.
