Poco sale, troppo cavolfiore e consistenza non convincente. Sono molto più buoni alla Mezzaluna!

veganty They are the vegan version of a traditional starter in the northwest of Italy (Piedmont region). They are called Tomini and originally made of fresh goat cheese and served with a green sauce on the top made of parsley, garlic and oil.
If you ever happen to be in Turin you should go to Mezzaluna bio restaurant where they have this and many other traditional dishes, everything amazingly vegan! But this restaurant I review is also not bad at all. Reply
