This is definitely a healthy meal. It is said that a cup of quinoa provides twice the protein and about 5 grams more fiber than the same amount compared to white rice. I’m happy that “Prive” had this addition and rotates the monthly specials. Texture and taste wise, can still be improved. #japanesefood #healtyfood #quinoa
