Questa lasagna non mi è piaciuta, trovo che avesse un retrogusto strano, vagamente sgradevole. Era, però, cremosa e aveva sopra una bella spolverata di formaggio vegetale simile al Parmigiano, quindi nel complesso non era neanche male.
