Vegan egg roll

お好み焼 ねぎ庵 アッセ店

The vegan egg roll consists of an udon based dish with lots of green onion and other spices, with a vegan scrambled egg replacement on top. It was served on the heated iron plate on our table and so the noodles got super crunchy at the bottom. Staff was super nice 👌
