It’s sometimes tricky to find vegan kimchi, especially as it is sometimes made with fish sauce. However, this is a great traditional and #vegankimchi with #nopreservatives and #nosugar. These simple ingredients help to craft a light and fresh #kimchi, similar to the one my father made when he was a child. 😋
