It is peppery but I have to admit that for something named ‘black #pepper’ I did expect it to be a lot stronger. Otherwise it has a #soysauce flavour, a decent amount of sweetness as well and some acidity from the vinegar and lemon juice. It is nicely balanced. It also contains ginger, garlic, onion and #sesameoil
The texture of the #sauce is perfect, it is very thick and sticky. It coated the #veggies and #noodles I used in my stir fry nicely.
Just like their other sauces this makes a super #quickandeasy meal!
This one still has their older packaging design, it is more muted but the artwork on them is pretty nice. The product is also #palmoilfree.
