#redruby is one of those #accidentallyvegan #dessert options that really ought to catch on 😉 The base is #coconutcream, and then you put in some fresh fruit (this establishment went for #jackfruit) and sweetness (here #jaggery was an inspired choice for textural reasons 😀) And you let your #sweettooth loose ☺️

This was the preferred of the two vegan dessert options for the rest of the table; I still think that the cendol is better 😛
