Am I the only person on earth š who didnāt know about FODMAPs yet ?
I found this product in the vegan š± aisles of my grocery store and decided to try it without knowing what a low FODMAP diet meant.
I have to say itās not for me ! Neither in taste, nor in texture and nor for the health benefits that I should supposedly get from it.
FODMAP hold for : Fermentable, Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides, And Polyols, short chain carbohydrates that are poorly absorbed in the small intestine and ferment in the colon. They might be responsable for IBS, SI O and others gastrointestinal disorders.
But Iām not ready to let go of beans š« and lentils, garlic š§, and some vegetables and fruits like apple š, pears š and peach š.
I do have bloating but I donāt have stomach aches.
FODMAPs diet can be interesting for some people, but not for me !

I love cesars dressing & miss it sometimes I tried to make it with vegan dressings I bought by adding vegan Parmesan š¤ thatās disgusting donāt try it š pity this isnāt any better but then probably not sold here anyway. I hope you are well šā®ļøš¾š±
