
Very short pasta that you can eat with a spoon 🥄 ideal for preparing vegetable and/or legume soups but which I ate seasoned with vegetable margarine, lots of turmeric and a sprinkling of pepper (which increases the beneficial properties of turmeric 💪) I felt like a child again when I used to eat the "pasta in bianco" (=plain pasta) 👧 100% wholemeal flour, intense flavor, good resistance to cooking and cardboard packaging 💚
