Roasted Broccolini Sandwich

Better Half

This consisted of roasted broccolini and garlic, umami-rich seasoned tempeh 🥓, 🐮🥛-free cheddar, dressed greens, apple, and creamy pesto aioli on a toasted pleasantly chewy ciabatta hoagie.  The mix of fresh, crisp, tender, creamy, savory, and sweet ingredients made this so good.  Served with a pickle and thick-cut house-made potato chips sprinkled with herbs.
