Review of Nam Prik Ong Salad Bowl at Asa Vegan Kitchen and Studio by littleredmushroom

This dish may not be for everyone , especially those who don't like #rabbitfood but for me it was perfect. I wanted something light and fresh on this hot dry day driving around the city. I added a side of avocado because, well #avocadolover . And it complemented the dish well. The dish is simple, beetroot, carrot and zucchini noodles topped with a little bit of Nam Prik Ong which is a spicy tofu in tomato sauce. People liken it to a Thai style Bolognese but this one wasn't very saucy or rich in tomato. I would have liked a bit more of the tomato sauce but other than that it was a satisfying mostly #raw dish.
