Review of brussel sprouts at Whole Foods Market by cheftique

These Brussel sprouts may be burnt, but not horribly over cooked and thankfully they are finally using extra virgin olive oil, but what temperature are they cooking it at? Or hopefully they are adding it after the cooking.
