This potato salad was in Chef Tanya’s deli case and it comes in two sizes. We opted for the large 16 oz container for $11.50. This is a good amount of potato salad for 3-4 people I think.
The star of this salad are the dense, creamy organic golden potatoes. They are cut in big pieces that hold up well in the creamy salad. The flavors of Mayo, mustard, pickles and dill all come through. It definitely has a little tang to it and I like that. It balances out the creaminess and richness.
This is a nice side dish for a burger or a sandwich. I think the value is there because of the quality ingredients. I would recommend and purchase again.
