Review of Vegan Cheddar Style Perogies - Stella's Perogies by stormm

I was super excited to try these perogies. Been so long, so so long since I've had some. The no name brand that I used to get no longer offers the basic potato and onion, but instead potato and cheddar or bacon. 🤬 So I found these and Holy Scooby Snacks! - what a disappointment. Sooooo gummy and excessively chewy. I followed the package's cooking instructions (which was a mistake) and thought it was the reason for the resulting blah dish. But then I prepared them again - this time boil, drain, pan fry - no improvement. Argh! 😕
