Bahn Mi & You at Chef Tanya's Kitchen — Tricia A's Review (Feb 5, 2023)

This sandwich did not disappoint! Everything was fresh and delicious. You can taste the care put into each individual ingredient and all the flavors compliment each other so it tastes even better with every bite! Seared garlic chili tofu is the star while the pickled daikon, carrots and jalapeño and the cool contrast with just the right amount of fresh herbs and spicy Mayo keep it interesting in a fresh french roll. This little takeout spot is a gem!
