Oh My Gato Taco at Chef Tanya's Kitchen — Tricia A's Review (Feb 5, 2023)

Perfect taco salad! Romain, pickled purple cabbage, black beans, taco meat, avocado salsa, chipotle ranch and the best tortilla chips served in a big thick paper bowl at this all vegan favorite takeout spot in Palm Springs. They even give you wood utensils so they are really minimizing plastic use here. Every ingredient was high quality, fresh and delicious. Layers of flavors and textures make this a very satisfying meal. Although we split this and some other items to get a taste of multiple menu items.
