This is one of my favorite pasta shapes for thick, creamy & cheesy sauces. The sauce in the mac & cheese we made last night got into every nook and cranny of the curvy shapes of the pasta!
The only ingredient in this pasta is durham wheat semolina, which is great.
As with most of Trader Joe's pasta, this macaroni only costs $.99 for a pound. Can't beat that price!
