feels like regular wok fried noodles, but perhaps more delicately cooked & assembled? i certainly don’t have a refined palate to be assessing this 😅 so taste wise i personally don’t think it’s up to par, esp given this was a fine dining place - but i have to admit this was the single most filling dish on the entire vegan menu 😅 the noodles were an ample amount, so it was actually really satisfying to eat & finish it 😅☺️
