Vitamin D3 by Mary Ruth's — Liz Maselli's Review (Feb 3, 2023)

I finished my Mary Ruth's K2 + D3 Calcium Gummies (I reviewed earlier) and had previously gotten these on sale, so I started this bottle last week. These gummies are fruit pectin based, and the vitamin D is sourced from cholecalciferol 25 mcg or 1,000 IU per gummy. 

These actually taste good. They have three flavors in one bottle: lemon, strawberry, and orange. They have only 1 gram of added sugar, so nothing bad. Another positive is that they're #gmofree

Each bottle has 60 gummies, and they retail for $19.95, BUT they always have coupons. I bought these at Fresh Thyme with coupons for $16. They last 2 months. I prefer the benefits of the other K2 plus calcium gummies, but I don't want to waste these. I'll most likely go back to the others once I finish this bottle. Vitamin D is super important, especially during the winter.
