Review of Vegetarian Platter at Blu Kouzina Siglap by aishahalattas
Under the bed of kale is an assortment of grilled zucchini, capsicum, carrots, tomatoes, pumpkin, potato, sweet potato and cauliflower. Went amazingly well with the two sauces - one was a tomato and olive based sauce and the other was a more fresh minty sauce. This dish is a testament to how amazing vegetables can be as they are. The whole table loved it and I highly recommend to anyone, vegan or not.
