To thank my nice hosts here, I prepared some pumpkin #ravioli for lunch today, and I used this #veganbutter, made with coconut oil, #sunflower oil, #cashews and baru (local delicious nut). It’s harder than vegan butters in Europe, and it has a more nutty taste - but fantastic nonetheless :) #brazil
