Happy this contains iodine, as well as B12, calcium and vitamin D! Like that it has bacterial cultures. Tastes very neutral, as I suppose plain yogurt should. I have successfully used it for both sweet and savoury dishes. £1.25 in Tesco. Shame the film portion of the packaging is not recyclable.
