Review of Santorini Salad with Vegan Feta at Bill's Bath Restaurant by jasminelilac

This was lovely, super fresh! The portion was huge, felt completely full after eating it. You just need to swap the feta cheese for vegan feta to make the dish vegan. I think they used violife Greek cheese which makes a pretty good replacement.
