For Christmas, I received an incredibly thoughtful gift from my sister - a “Vegan Bunny Box” from https://bunnyjamesboxes.com/. The box was filled with 30 vegan snacks, many of which are not available in Toronto (at least, I don’t think so). See the last 3 photos.

Included in the box was this delicious non-GMO-certified brownie. There was definitely a lot of chocolate in every bite!

Each brownie is packed with 10% of your daily recommended amount of iron and 15% of your day’s potassium. Surprisingly, the first ingredient listed is chickpeas.

Although it’s not a concern for me, this snack is also gluten-free and nut-free.

I’ll have to see if this is available here in Toronto.
