Review of Vegan Burger at Oporto by stever3141

I was excited to see that Oporto had added a few vegan options on their menu (c’mon McDonalds and KFC, you’re dropping your game!). The vegan burger I tried came with a kale and quinoa patty, smashed avocado, fresh tomato, mixed crispy lettuce leaves, dry slaw with a tomato and capsicum relish. To be quite frank, the burger was very underwhelming. Although the patty had a good crunch and the avocado added some creaminess, but overall it lacked flavour. It's a step in the right direction for Oporto to include a vegan burger, but it needs a revamp for it to be a more appealing plant-based menu item.
