Chilli Tofu Ramen at Tonkotsu Shoreditch — Hollie's Review (Jan 28, 2023)

Really tasty, quite spicy hot. Shiitake broth, soya mince, tofu and veg. Can add extra tofu/noodles if you want. Noodles made on site and super good.
