Frangipane Roll at Grounded — Jeanne's Review (Jan 27, 2023)

This Frangipane Roll was a special this week, and I have to say it is my least favourite Grounded roll so far. Don’t get me wrong, it is still good (I guess Grounded kinda masters making any kind of roll), and it makes a nice and filling sweat treat. 🥧
But I guess I expected it to have more frangipane, especially to get the roll some creamy texture, as I found it a bit too bready. I felt like it lacked a bit of moist and air. Still yummy, even though I enjoyed it less than all the other delish rolls I’ve tried from that place before 😌
