Tapioca is a very traditional Brazilian dish made from the native cassava #plant. It’s used to make a sort of crêpe to be filled with whatever you prefer, here we put hummus and baba ghanoush. This particular one was a #deathbyplastic one, with pre-packaged individual portions. But I really like the crunchiness and lightness of the tapioca 😍 #brazil
