Un plauso alla schiacciata autoprodotta della Fonderia Gastro Bistrot. 

Servita come antipasto e/o coperto, è buonissima teporosa ma anche a temperatura ambiente. 

Stasera alla Fonderia ci sarà una cena benefit per il rifugio Ohana e non vedo l’ora di essere lì: al primo punto del menu proprio la schiacciata! ☺️
