Vegan Patty Melt at Urth Caffé — bennet's Review (Jan 26, 2023)

Plant-based beef patty with grilled onions and plant-based pepper jack cheese. Comes with side salad. Really tasty, and not oily or too heavy. Salad makes a nice balance. My only issue is the patty is much smaller than the bread.
