Review of Spezzato - Muscolo di Grano by laura1970
I really like the "Muscolo di Grano" (="Muscle Wheat") products: a valid alternative to those based on soy, rich in proteins, without fats/sugars, low in calories and long-lasting in the pantry 🌾this time I tried the "Spezzato", tasty meat-like strips that I ate after having heated them in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with chilli pepper 🌶️ perfect - for those who are more passionate about cooking than me 😏 - also for making "ragu'" (=ragout) or "spezzatino" (=meat stew) 🍲
