Portobello Mushroom Salad at Vineyard — cwjw's Review (Jan 23, 2023)

Tastes a little bland, as in the dressing doesn't have much taste, but presentation wise it's definitely quite nice. The mushroom was also made into a rose, which is quite creative, though I don't think the mushroom is fresh. There's some tomato-based nuts/I'm not sure what it is (the red stuff), but it goes well with the salad and adds to the taste!
