Really enjoyed this, layers of soya and mushroom duxelles topped with a ciabatta crumb and vegan cheese sauce. great flavour combination with the mushroom. Nice crispy crumb on the top and the cheese sauce was really tasty.
Easy to cook just pop in the oven and cheese sauce is on a separate sachet you heat up to pour on top
