The Belgium chocolate shell with hazelnuts is fantastic, but the ice cream lacks flavor. Because of its price of $5.99 and its overall flavor, I probably won’t get it again. I got it on sale for $2.99, and it comes with three bars. Overall, a meh ice cream bar.
