In every package there are two tranches of #seitan with a tasty sauce, that you can decide to use or not. The seitan is good and the sauce is kind of sweet but not bad at all.
In terms of costs, it’s not cheap and I cannot find this product in every grocery store. Speaking of nutrients, it has a lot of #proteins
