Cauliflower battered with chickpea flour, fried, in a sweet and spicy tomato sauce-cilantro garnish.
I really liked the mild, but still flavorful base and the batter gave the dish some heft, so it was filling. I added rice and ate a stuffed grape leaf from a side order. A generous sized appetizer, so I reheated the half leftover for lunch the next day. Maybe even could have been 3 meals! I used a pot and it came out well. I got pulled away and microwaved what I still had left. Unsurprisingly, I do not recommend that because it changed the texture and became mushier.
