Perfect 👍🏼 meat substitute for the tacos 🌮 I made tonight! Canned jackfruit by Trader Joe’s can be used in a wide variety of dishes! I combined with oyster mushrooms 🍄 for a heartier taco 🌮!
Good 👍🏼 source of #fiber and #lowinsodium!
Will definitely keep a couple of these on hand 🤚 in my pantry!
