Review of Buffalo Tempeh Kale Salad at Tucos Taco Lounge by matche

Large tempeh strips coated in gluten free batter dipped in buffalo sauce. I am also partial to the large serving of kale which accompanies the tempeh! Ranch sauce pairs well with the dish. It also typically contains avocado though this was omitted in the pictured plate.
