Silken Tofu Soft by Morinaga — Olga's Review (Jan 17, 2023)

I usually buy the tofu from the refrigerated section, but they've been out of silken tofu for weeks now, so I decided to buy this Morinaga shelf stable one.
The flavor was very similar to the refrigerated one. I used it to make chocolate mousse, and the flavor was very mild - we couldn't taste it in the mousse at all.
I think it would be handy to have a couple of these in the pantry since they have a much longer shelf life.
