Sofrito bowl at Chipotle — anita goff's Review (Jan 16, 2023)

I love the vegan sofrito option Chipotle offers for their burrito bowls. There is a nice depth of flavor in the sauce they cook the tofu in and it’s not too spicy which is a must for me. I also noticed there’s a bunch of copycat recipes online, so I may try to make it at home. I definitely recommend going to Chipotle!
