Review of Doenjang Jjigae at Daehwa Vegetarian by skootykoots
Came back frm Korea n im stil crazy over korean cuisine. Had job in this area so or course had to hv lunch at Daehwa.
This was the bean stew and it’s supposed to be white,but bcos I requested for it to be spicy they added gochujang in it.
Its hearty,tasty, generous with d filling-
Mushrooms enoki radish tofu potatoes seaweed.
They serve it with the purple rice wth those Korean beansprouts n shredded carrot.
The banchan was curried potatoes,gingered lettuce and radish kimchi.
Really really enjoyed this dish.
